Terms of Service

The service

Nexmogen CRM is a customer relationship management service provided by Nexmogen ([legal entity name and registered address — to be completed]). During the pilot it is offered free of charge with a trial period and may change as we learn from pilot customers.

Our published business contact address is Ashok Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and what roles they give.
  • Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Your data

You own the records you put into your workspace. You can export all of them at any time from Admin → Workspace, and delete the workspace. We use your records only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Notice.

You are responsible for having the right to store and contact the people in your CRM, including their consent, Do Not Disturb (TRAI) preferences and opt-outs. Nexmogen CRM gives you tools to record consent and handle their requests.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content, spam, or contacting people who have opted out.
  • No attempts to break into other workspaces, overload the service or bypass limits.
  • No reselling access without our written agreement.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell the owner why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but during the pilot it is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uptime. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to [amount — to be decided].

Ending

You can request workspace deletion at any time. It is normally scheduled for erasure after a 30-day recovery period. A Super Admin can start permanent deletion earlier for a workspace already scheduled for deletion. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. We may end the pilot with [notice period — to be decided] notice, and you will be able to export your data first.
